✅Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior = immediate removal without refund.
✅We can update these Terms any time. We'll notify you of major changes.
✅If something goes wrong, we ask you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly. If we can't, we'll handle it through arbitration rather than a public lawsuit, except where the law requires otherwise.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY
Account Creation
Some Services may require you to create an account through our course platform (Kajabi). When creating an account, you agree to:
● Provide accurate, current, and complete information
● Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
● Keep your login credentials secureand confidential
● Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that harms our business, other users, or violates applicable law.
PAYMENT TERMS
Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. The price you pay is the price listed on our website and at check out at the time of purchase.

Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe via our course platform (Kajabi). We do not store your credit card information.
Payment Due
Full payment is required upfront before accessing any program or service, unless other wise specified in a custom agreement (e.g., corporate training contracts).
Failed Payments
If your payment fails or is declined, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the Services until payment is received.
Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction. Prices listed do not include taxes unless explicitly stated.
REFUND POLICY
Standard Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 15 days of your purchase date.
To request a refund:
1. Email support@femmefusion.ai with "Refund Request" in the subject line
2. Include your name, purchase date, and program name
3. We aim to process your refund within 7-10 business days and will notify you when your refund has been initiated
After 15 days, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
What Happens After Refund
If you receive a refund:
● Your access to course materials and programs will be revoked immediately
● You will be removed from all live sessions and community spaces
● We reserve the right to decline re-enrollment or limit discounts for students who have previously requested a refund for the same program
Refund Exceptions
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
● You completed the program or attended all live sessions
● You violated these Terms or engaged in disruptive behavior
● You are requesting a refund after the 15-day window
● Corporate training contracts (custom refund terms apply per agreement)
Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds except where required by law or in cases where we significantly change or cancel a program as described in Section 7.4 (Program Changes).
PROGRAM ENROLLMENT & PARTICIPATION
PROGRAM ENROLLMENT & PARTICIPATION
To enroll in a program:
1. Complete the Entry Ritual form (if required)
2. Select your program
3. Complete payment
4. Receive access to course materials and community
Program Access
Lifetime Access: For group programs (Beginners Group, Gentle Start Cohort), you receive lifetime access to all pre-recorded course materials and session replays for as long as the program and platform exist, we choose to host the content, and subject to these Terms.
Live Sessions: Live Q&A sessions, Zoom calls, and real-time support are only available during the active program period (typically 30 days for group programs).
VIP Intensive: Access is provided for the duration of your package (3 months) or single session (hourly).
Participation Expectations
By enrolling in our programs, you agree to:
● Show up prepared and engaged for live sessions
● Complete homework and practice assignments
● Ask questions and participate in a constructive manner
● Respect other participants and maintain a safe learning environment
● Not share course materials with non-enrolled individuals
Program Changes
We reserve the right to:
● Modify program curriculum, schedule, or format with reasonable notice
● Cancel or reschedule live sessions due to unforeseen circumstances
● Replace instructors if necessary
If we make significant changes that materially affect your experience, we will offer you the option to withdraw and receive a prorated refund.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Our Content
All content provided through our Services — including but not limited to course materials, videos, worksheets, templates, graphics, text, software, and trademarks — is owned by Femme Fusion AI (Cathy Patry) and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may NOT:
● Copy, reproduce, or distribute our course materials
● Share login credentials with non-enrolled users
● Record, screenshot, or share live sessions without permission
● Resell, license, or commercialize our content in any form
● Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings
You MAY:
● Access and view course materials for your personal learning
● Download materials for your own use (where explicitly allowed)
● Reference concepts learned in your own work (with attribution)
Your Content
Any content you create, share, or submit through our Services (e.g., questions in community forums, responses in live sessions) remains yours. However, by sharing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating our Services.
Important: We will never publicly share your identifiable content (such as personal stories, screenshots of your participation, or specific contributions) for marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit written consent. If we wish to use your testimonial or feedback in our marketing, we will request a separate testimonial release.
AI-Generated Content
If you use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) as part of our programs, any outputs generated by those tools are subject to the respective AI provider's terms of service. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content you create.
Trademarks
"Femme Fusion AI," "Nix Fäe," and any associated logos are trademarks of Cathy Patry. You may not use these trademarks without our written permission.
USER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Expected Conduct
When using our Services, you agree to:
● Treat all participants, instructors, and staff with respect
● Engage in good faith and with genuine intent to learn
● Maintain confidentiality of other participants' personal information
● Follow community guidelines and live session etiquette
Prohibited Activities
You may NOT:
● Harass, bully, threaten, or discriminate against any participant or instructor
● Share hate speech, violent content, or sexually explicit material
● Spam, solicit, or promote unrelated products/services
● Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
● Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our Services
● Use our Services for any illegal purpose
● Share course materials with non-enrolled individuals
● Engage in academic dishonesty or misrepresent your work
Consequences of Violation
If you violate these Terms, we may:

We teach you how to use third-party AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.), but we:
● Do not control those tools
● Are not responsible for their performance, accuracy, or availability
● Cannot guarantee they will meet your specific needs
● Are not liable for any issues arising from your use of those tools
You use third-party AI tools at your own risk and subject to their own terms of service.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
Femme Fusion AI, Cathy Patry, and any affiliates, contractors, or instructors SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for:
● Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
● Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
● Damages arising from your use or inability to use our Services

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Email privacy@femmefusion.ai with a detailed description of the issue. We will respond within 30 days and work with you in good faith to resolve the matter.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Arbitration Agreement
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that:
● Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property disputes
● Either party may bring claims in small claims court if the claim qualifies
Why Arbitration: We choose arbitration because it is typically faster, more private, and less stressful than a traditional court process. This benefits both parties by providing a more efficient path to resolution.

● Arbitration will take place in Wyoming (or remotely via video conference if both parties agree)
● Each party will bear their own costs (unless the arbitrator awards costs to the prevailing party)
● The arbitrator's decision is final and binding
Class Action Waiver: You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as part of any class or representative action.
Exceptions to Arbitration
The following disputes are NOT subject to arbitration:
● Small claims court actions
● Intellectual property disputes requiring injunctive relief
● Disputes where arbitration is prohibited by law
