AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Femme Fusion AI website ("Site") and all associated programs, courses, workshops, coaching services, community spaces, and offerings ("Services").
By accessing or using the Site or purchasing any Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or purchase Services.
Minors may not enroll without explicit parent/guardian consent, and that guardian is fully responsible for the minor's participation.
WHO WE ARE
Femme Fusion AI is a Wyoming-based AI education company offering women-centered, human-inclusive training programs designed to dissolve tech shame and teach AI at a human pace.
WHO OUR SERVICES ARE FOR
Our Services are designed primarily for working women ages 30–70 who carry tech shame or fear of judgment and who want to learn AI in a psychologically safe environment.
Women-Only Containers
Certain programs — including the Beginners Group — are intentionally women-only to preserve psychological safety.
We reserve the right to verify eligibility and decline or remove participants to maintain the integrity of women-only spaces.

Right to Decline Enrollment
We may refuse service to anyone who does not meet the emotional, behavioral, or values-based fit necessary for the program.
EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY (NO GUARANTEES)
Femme Fusion AI provides educational content only.
We do not provide:
● Therapy or mental health care
● Legal advice
● Financial advice
● Medical advice
● Career counseling
● Technical consulting
No outcomes are guaranteed, including:
● Business outcomes
● Financial results
● Employment changes
● AI performance
● Speed or level of learning
Your results depend on your participation, capacity, and practice.Our programs are not therapy, counseling, trauma work, psychological treatment, or mental health support.
No therapeutic relationship is created.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS
Program offerings are described fully on the Site and aligned with our internal business structure.
We reserve the right to modify program content, structure, dates, or pricing at any time.
Beginners Group — Women-Only
$500 — unlimited enrollment, self-paced content, weekly Q&A, women-only community.
Gentle Start Cohort — Women-Centered, Human-Inclusive
$1,200 — small group, slower pace, more support.
VIP Intensive
$5,000 (3-month package) or $750/hour — private 1:1 training.
Corporate Training
Custom pricing — workshops for mixed teams.
PAYMENT TERMS
All payments must be completed via our approved processors (Kajabi, Stripe, or others designated).
Payment Plans
If a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete all payments.
Missed or late payments may result in suspension or removal from the program, and we reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances.
No Chargebacks
You agree not to initiate chargebacks. All disputes must be resolved directly with Femme Fusion AI.
REFUND POLICY
15-Day Refund Window
Refunds for digital programs, cohorts, or 1:1 training are available for 15 days from the date of purchase.
After 15 days, all sales are final.
Digital Products
Digital downloads, templates, and standalone resources are non-refundable.
Corporate Training
Corporate training refunds follow contract-specific terms.
No Results-Based Refunds
Refunds are not provided due to dissatisfaction with learning pace, personal outcomes, or AI tool results.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
By participating in any program, you agree to:
● Attend sessions on time
● Engage respectfully
● Maintain confidentiality
● Complete practice assignments
● Uphold community guidelines
● Use the content for personal use only
You may NOT:
● Record or distribute program content
● Screenshot community spaces
● Share materials with non-participants
● Teach or resell Femme Fusion AI frameworks
● Use our content to build competing offerings
COMMUNITY BEHAVIOR & REMOVAL POLICY
Femme Fusion AI maintains strict behavioral standards to protect psychological safety.
We may remove you from any program without refund for:
Grounds for Removal
● Harassment or disrespect
● Disruptive behavior
● Violating women-only boundaries
● Sharing others' content without consent
● Undermining the integrity of the group
● Breaching confidentiality
Respectful Communication & Boundaries
All communication with the instructor and community must be respectful, professional, and within agreed-upon channels and hours.
Prohibited behaviors include:
● Repeated contact outside business hours
● Demanding immediate responses
● Personal attacks or aggressive language
● Attempts to create emotional dependency or inappropriate intimacy
● Attempts to circumvent boundaries
● "Coaching the coach"
Violations result in removal without refund.
We decide, at our sole discretion, what constitutes a violation.
TECHNOLOGY RESPONSIBILITY
Personal Tech Requirements
You are responsible for your own:
● Internet connection
● Device
● Headphones/microphone
● Software accounts (ChatGPT, Claude, Zoom, etc.)
We do not troubleshoot personal devices.
Platform & AI Tool Failures
We are not responsible for outages, errors, or limitations in:
● Zoom
● Kajabi
● Webflow
● Typeform
● ChatGPT
● Claude
● Or any third-party tool
If these systems fail, break, update, or behave unpredictably, no refunds or credits will be issued.
"LIFETIME ACCESS" CLARIFICATION
"Lifetime access" refers to the lifetime of the program or platform — not your personal lifetime.
If a program is retired, migrated, or discontinued, access may end.
COMMUNICATION BOUNDARIES
To maintain healthy work rhythms, we respond to inquiries within 48 business hours.
We do not offer:
● Emergency coaching
● Real-time on-call support
● 24/7 communication
Instructor Availability
Live sessions and instructor availability are subject to change due to:
● Health conditions
● Family emergencies
● Personal medical needs
● Unforeseen circumstances
Sessions may be rescheduled when possible.
No refunds will be provided for postponed or rescheduled sessions beyond the 15-day refund window.
VIP Cancellation & No-Show Policy
VIP Intensive sessions must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule.
● Cancellations under 48 hours → session counted as USED
● No-shows → session counted as USED
● Arriving 10+ minutes late may shorten the session with no makeup time
Repeated cancellation patterns may result in termination of the VIP package without refund.
VIP Session Expiration
VIP sessions must be used within 90 days of purchase unless an extension is agreed upon in writing.
Unused sessions expire with no refund.
Extensions may be granted at Femme Fusion AI's discretion.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All program content — including videos, frameworks, worksheets, scripts, prompts, methods, branding, and language — is the exclusive property of Femme Fusion AI.
You receive a personal, non-transferable license for your own education only.
You may not copy, sell, teach, adapt, share, or repurpose any material for business use or public distribution.
Violations may result in:
● Immediate removal
● Legal action
● Recovery of damages
● Attorney fees
● Injunctions
RECORDINGS
Live sessions may be recorded for educational purposes.
By participating, you grant permission for your voice and participation to appear in program recordings.
If you do not consent to recording, you may not participate in live sessions.
No refunds will be issued for non-participation due to lack of consent.
You may not record sessions without explicit permission
MARKETING PERMISSIONS (OPTIONAL)
You grant Femme Fusion AI permission to use anonymized transformation statements, feedback, or testimonials for marketing unless you request removal in writing.
We may reference your first name and general role (e.g., "Sarah, entrepreneur") in anonymized testimonials unless you opt out in writing.
DISCLAIMERS
No Legal, Financial, Medical, or Professional Advice
All content is educational only. Femme Fusion AI does not provide and you should not rely on program content as: legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, therapy or mental health care, career counseling, or technical consulting.
No Therapist-Client Relationship
Participation in programs does not create a therapeutic or counseling relationship.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Femme Fusion AI is not liable for:
● Personal decisions made based on program content
● Lost income
● Emotional distress
● AI errors
● Data loss
● Damages arising from use of the Site or Services
Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our programs may integrate tools like AI chatbots, analytics, Zoom, Kajabi, and Typeform.
Each platform has its own Terms, which you must follow.
TERMINATION
We may terminate or refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms or disrupts the safety and integrity of the community.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time.
Notice of Changes
Notice will be provided by:

Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of changes.
DATA PRIVACY
We collect personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including:
● Email address
● Payment information
● Analytics data
● Community participation
● Recordings
EU users have GDPR rights.
California users have CCPA rights.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Binding Arbitration
All disputes arising from these Terms or Services must be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, governed by the American Arbitration Association rules.
You waive your right to sue in court or participate in a class action lawsuit.
Exceptions
Small claims court (under $5,000) and injunctive relief for intellectual property violations may proceed in court.
Attorney Fees
If arbitration occurs, the prevailing party may recover reasonable attorney fees.
One-Year Limitation
You must bring any claim within one year of the issue arising. After one year, all claims are barred.
FORCE MAJEURE
Femme Fusion AI is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
● Illness or medical emergency
● Natural disasters
● Technology platform failures
● Government restrictions
● Acts of war or terrorism
In such events, we may reschedule, postpone, or cancel services without refund obligation beyond the 15-day window.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Femme Fusion AI from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from:
● Your misuse of AI tools
● Your violation of third-party Terms (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
● Your illegal or unethical use of program content
● Your breach of these Terms
ASSIGNMENT
Femme Fusion AI may assign or transfer these Terms and all student contracts to a new owner in the event of a business sale, merger, or acquisition.
You may not transfer your program enrollment to another person.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Femme Fusion AI.
No oral or written statements outside these Terms are binding unless signed by both parties.
AI USE & LIABILITY
You acknowledge that AI tools may produce:
● Inaccurate
● Biased
● Incomplete
● Unpredictable outputs
You are solely responsible for:
● Reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content
● Your use or misuse of AI tools after training
● Any legal, ethical, or professional consequences of your AI use
You agree not to use AI tools learned in this program to:
● Violate copyright or intellectual property
● Generate illegal content
● Harass or harm others
● Violate any laws or regulations
Femme Fusion AI is not responsible for your use or misuse of AI tools.
