The Soul of Femme Fusion AI

I'm Nix Fäe — founder of Femme Fusion AI, and a guide for women who want to learn AI without the noise, pressure, or chaos of the tech world.

My Promise

I will show up fiercely for you. The only thing I ask is that you show up for yourself.

Here's what that looks like: I slow things down. I break concepts in to smaller ones so the material can be easily assimilated. I listen deeply to what you're asking and what you're not asking. And when fear-mongering shows up in the AI world, or a limiting story holds you back, I'll offer you a different perspective with clarity, honesty, and compassion.

But here's what I won't do: I won't pretend learning is painless, as discomfort is part of growth. You'll feel it when you see a new term. You may contract when some thing doesn't click immediately. That's normal. That's learning. I'm here to make it possible.

This only works if we both participate. You show up by practicing between sessions, asking questions when you're confused, and trying things even when they feel awkward. I show up by breaking it down, experimenting with you in real time, and creating space where questions are expected and welcome.

When we both show up fully, something shifts. You walk away empowered. AI stops feeling like this intimidating thing you're supposed to already understand fully, and starts feeling like a tool you can actually use in your work, in your life, with ease.

That's the promise. That's the practice. That's what this is.

Why Femme Fusion Ai Exists

I've always been drawn to machines and systems. Should I have been an engineer?

May be. But life had other plans.

Part of me is an artist, though. High school arts concentration. Self-taught in painting and sewing. Cooking is my meditation. AI fits perfectly into that pattern. It's another medium for play, for building, for creating. When I'm generating images or videos, I feel that same creative flow I get with a paint brush or a recipe. The technology is genuinely phenomenal.

But here's what no body tells you: things are moving so fast that the learning curve may feel completely un natural.

I've spent over a decade in tech. I know how to learn hard things. Still, when I decided to dive deep into AI, I spent a full year sitting in intense discomfort. That's the reality. Not a week end course. Not a smooth on boarding. A year of feeling like I was fighting my way through fog.

Then I started seeing the stats. Women are being more affected by AI than men. That made me angry. Not because we're less capable, but because, of course, we are just as capable as any one else. The problem isn't us. The problem is how this whole thing is being run.

There's an ego-driven race happening right now. Men and women are both part of it, but it's mostly men leading the charge. That's not a judgment call. That's reality. Speed over substance. Hype over humanity. And what's missing are voices speaking to the pace of this, the ethics, the accountability, the discernment we desperately need. We're human beings with agency, not live stock being herded.

There's so much opportunity for us to grow and evolve with more clarity, more values, more connection. That is why I built Femme Fusion AI: to support that cause. To bring more consciousness and feminine energy into the AI world. To create space where we can integrate AI without losing our selves in the chaos. To offer a different way forward that honors the fact that we're still human, still sovereign beings, even as the machines get smarter.

That's why FFAI exists.

Who I Am

When I noticed AI was coming, I decided to leave my job and jump into this field as soon as I could. First, because of my love for machines and systems. Second, because of my curiosity and my will to learn, even though it has been as painful as it has been. I knew this was my next calling. So I jumped in 100%. Made plans with my husband to make this happen, which was not easy. And here I am.

On top of being in the tech industry for over a decade, I spent a full year hyper-focused on intense AI learning. Courses. Experiments. Failures. Breakthroughs. I sat in the discomfort until it started to make sense. And what I discovered is that I have a knack for creating structure and simplifying things when training and educating others. That's what I do.

What can I say - I love platforms. I love seeing how machines work, how systems connect, and breaking them down so people can actually use them.

I knew I could teach AI because I'd already been doing the hardest version of it -working in intense conditions and getting constant positive feedback from my peers. I started as an individual contributor at a health care tech company and built a team of twenty staff members from scratch during my time there. I trained them in the health tech space, working in the mental health realm - high-touch, white-glove work in an all-hands-on-deck, hyper growth environment. The part I loved most? I taught my self over ten different platforms to do my job, then taught every single one to my team in detail. Breaking down complex systems so people can actually use them? That's my thing.

In reality, I'm no further ahead than you. You have the opportunity to tap into every thing I've learned. I'm not an engineer. I'm not a computer scientist. I'm just a woman who started as an entrepreneur in marketing decades ago and then transitioned into tech.

Nix Fäe is my alter ego. She's the part of me that gets to show all my creative colors and my love for machines and systems at the same time. The clothes, the wigs, the playfulness -I hope it brings freshness and joy to every one who connects with my work. I'm all about creating a joyous life, starting with myself, in the hope that it's contagious. No doom and gloom needed.

That's who I am. That's why I'm here.
